Event Centre is Kisakallio Sports Institute, only 45 minutes from both Helsinki-Vantaa Airport and Helsinki Harbor.

All accommodation will be organised at Kisakallio. The Opening Ceremony and all medal ceremonies will also be held at Kisakallio Sports Institute, as well as Team Official Meetings and other possible meetings.

Kisakallio Sports Institute is a non-profit foundation, which offers a wide variety of sports, activities, educational possibilities and excellent facilities for professional and amateur sports enthusiasts. Kisakallio Sports Institute was founded in 1949 to be a Gymnastics institute for women of all ages.

Today Kisakallio Sports Institute is one of the biggest training and education centers in Finland and Europe with 700 beds and almost 15000 sqm of sport facilities.

Kisakallio is surrounded by 250 hectares of wild wood, an area called “Karnaistenkorpi”, which is nationally and internationally environmentally unique. Karnaisten Korpi is owned by the City of Lohja and the nature trails going through the entire area are maintained by Kisakallio Sports Institute. Also the biggest lake in Southern Finland, Lake Lohja, is just in front.

Kisakallio has also organised many different kinds of events and tournaments, some of which in paralympic sports.

The European women Ice hockey Championship (EWCC by IIHF) Tournament 2008 and qualification 2011, Fin 5 orienteering week 2011 was held in Kisakallio, Rhytmic gymnastics Nordic Championships 2014, Juniors U20 Nordic Championships for basketball in 2014 and the World Championships for Wheelchair Curling were played also in Kisakallio 2015. Year 2016 U16 and U18 Basketball Nordic Championships were in Kisakallio, and in 2017 Orienteering World Cup, just to mention a few.

Kisakallio is experienced in organising accessible events also for bigger groups.
